And why you don't start now? I lost over 16 lbs last year, eating whatever I like.

You have to make sure to have a calorie deficit. I am not really good at portion control yet, but I make sure about my total calories consumed during the week. I did a lot of IF last year. And the 5:2 diet:two days of 500 calories and eating the calories saved on my weekends.

I suffer from thyroid insufficiency, five years ago, I take thyroxine every day, and this forever. The nutritionist told me that I should avoid refined carbohydrates such as sugar, flour and products containing gluten.
