Day 7 of MO. Slept well. Feel very relaxed but energetic enough. Kind of slow burning steady fire vs my usual ups and downs, or just downs without any ups. Absolutely don't want to eat. Had lunch today around 3 PM because did not feel hungry at all. Normally I start feeling hungry and jittery between 11:30 and 12 or even earlier. Had some fruit around 6:30 only because I was leaving the office and they would have spoilt by tomorrow. Did not even touch the yogurt. Now I am under 700 cal for the day and I am so not hungry, I do not know if I should eat dinner just to add some calories (I am also too low on protein) or I should just go with my instincts and not eat if I am not hungry. The fact that I am not hungry is not surprising, the fact that I am not jittery and hypo is. I still cannot believe that this is the answer and solution and not just a coincident. I hope my body is not just playing another game with me. I love this feeling of slow energy and relaxation.
