Today was the worst day since i started this
well we could all have cheat days sometimes
and i was in a depressing moode so i guess i accept it but tomorrow I'm going to eat only 5 apples to go back to my normal rutine
137.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
