120*11= 1320 calories so I think sedentary since I eat over 2000 calories and am maintaining easily under 120lbs

That's on the really really low side assuming the person is even remotely active. Even if it's just to get up to fix a awesome bowl of tuna rice and broccoli🤣

160 X 14 for 2240 sound more on point to me? Everyone is different but no way someone my size can sustain 1700 I wouldn't imagine??

I will aim for 1800 in the few days leading up to this weigh in but I wouldn't say I'm going to enjoy it. I'll still be training 3+ hours a day though.

I'm not a fan of alot of my exercises. Some I couldn't start my day without. I love hiking hate running for example.

Rosio...when I look at these numbers for me I worry that they are too high...286*11 = 3146...right? I feel like I stall at and sit at the same weight when I get above 1700. I'm not terribly active as you've probably noticed. I'm not hitting those macros right though either so maybe that's it??? I don't know but I sure would like to eat more calories without gaining weight or needing to increase my activity too much. I'm working on slowly increasing my calories burned per day but I feel like this is way too much. Do they have sliding scales for those of us at higher weights??? What would you recommend?? I could always try it for a month I suppose. I just feel like I would pack on the pounds! lol I definitely do not want to do that!
