It’s so hard to stay motivated. I am exhausted constantly, no matter how much sleep I get, or even exercise and healthy eating. This causes me to make bad, “easy” decisions.
My doctor thinks I may have sleep apnea. That’s weird and embarrassing because I’m young-ish and not at the weight where I would think I was at risk.
