Day 6 of MO. Slept for 8+ hours and only woke up once, but went back to sleep almost immediately. Had some joint pain yesterday, but not much and just before it started raining, the weather was really bad yesterday. Still cannot believe that it all is not a coincident and that it is just MO. Need to keep doing it. Don't know if I should keep applying it twice a day or just in the evening. It does take some time to get absorbed, so it is rather time consuming which may not always work with my hectic morning schedule. Also don't know if my sensitive skin will handle it without irritation. I do have some irritation on the face so I will not apply it to the face untill it heals. Oh well, I am already looking for excuses.

My DH had to work both days over weekend. We barely had time to go out for lunch yesterday and grocery shopping today. The weather was better but by the time we were done it was already dark so I did not have a chance to go for a walk. Made another batch of roasted kabocha (DH cut it in less than 5 min, while I struggled last time). Also made another batch of green beans. Also cooked some cabbage with bacon. With everybody home for Thanksgiving next week, I need plenty of food :)
