F.U. weekend. I was bad to say the least but it was worth it. Ive been down the last few days and my DH took me out to a nice dinner.. and I ate GREAT and under plan but had some drinks that clouded my judgement and will power. Im back to logging everything today and started the day a little heavy on the net carbs but I dont care. What really matters to me today is that I didn't quit and turn a cheat day into a cheat year.. Back on the saddle again today and ready to keep rocking it. I foresee salads in my future for lunch and dinner. Pic below is from this weekend's fancy dinner date... It was so worth it!
