It has been an interesting 2 weeks to say the least... Doing well with my focus to get my diet & exercise back on track. Ive realized that I need to take things to the next level if I truly want to see those abs I want desperately... And that is "Eat Clean"!!! After the holidays I will begin. For now I will start planning & researching the "Eat Clean" Phenomenon that has allowed many to achieve the 6 pack abs... How long I can go on a diet without pre-packaged food & preservatives is the million dollar question...
