Okay, I followed the detox for one day. No deviation. I hope it was enough to help because that's all I could take LOL. Breakfast and Dinner shakes were not too bad but that lunch one about did me in. Felt like I was drinking a salad....guess I was. 4 stalks celery, 1 cucumber, 1 cup kale, 1/2 lime, 1/2 green apple, 1 tbls coconut oil, 1 1/2 cups coconut water and 1 cup pineapple. Took me at least a half hour to eat/drink, yes, I had to use a spoon and chewed and chewed like a cow on her cud. OMG....never again.
