Grrrr. Baaaad carb day. I feel guilty because I ate a bunch of my homemade salsa just from a bowl with a fork. I stuffed myself with it. And THEN I decided to make the “chips.” They are actually tasty. Not bad for my first time making anything keto. I’ve been cleaning all day because I quartered those meds and I feel so much better. But I finally had to stop because something is wrong with my foot. Jan 1st I fell and broke my right arm (broke the left one in October) and possibly twisted my ankle. But it goes way beyond that now. Grrrr in the carbs.
