I've still got ALL this water left to drink today, and it's 7:49pm already! Going to church this morning AND taking a short nap dug into my water-drinking time! (OH, just thought - does anybody have any idea how much grape juice is in those tiny little communion cups?) I'm chugging the water as fast as I can to get it all down before bedtime, which I'd like to be NOW. I'm trying really hard to meet ALL of my mini-challenges!!!
I was WAY below on my Fat today, and would have had under 1,000 calories if I hadn't "had" to eat that 400-calorie sausage patty to get my Fats up to 60%. I'm wondering if, since I am now getting in 5 servings of Fruits & Vegetables, I should NOT be concerned about the Fat for the time being, since I'm allowing my Net Carbs to go over, as long as it is because of fruit or veggies. I'm staying VERY low carb on all other foods!
I've drunk about HALF of the water while I've been writing this, and it is sloshing all around in my stomach. On a SORTA related note, I decided today that I'm gonna get another bladder surgery. I got the sling about 15 years ago, but a six-month-long terrible cough undid all the benefit several years ago. With upping my water to 64-oz a day, AND with wearing leggin's now, AND with getting all hot and sexy (ok, I'm exaggerating a bit here), it would be WONDERFUL to not have to wear pads every day of my life!!!
I DID IT! I drank all the water while I've been writing. It's only 8:03pm and I did it!!! I am keeping ONE SIP in the cup on my nightstand in case I get thirsty during the night - though I have no idea WHY I would be thirsty after just drinking a whole liter of water!!!
