I didn't get to exercise yesterday. I just kept putting it off until the day was gone. Guess that's why its best to do it in the AM if you can. I ate the right kinds of food yesterday, but I didn't eat the recommended meals. Only ate a snack, lunch and a very light dinner. Actually everything was light yesterday since I had a lot on my mind. So I woke up hungrier than a mug this morning! Mind over matter. Got to keep pushing.
I plan on exercising today and taking a 30 minute walk/jog today to make up for yesterday. Depending on how I feel after today I may add that extra 30 into my regular routine.
