Just got back from a fabulous trip to Roatán where we snorkelled, swam, walked on the beach and ate loads of fishy treats. Needless to say I've gained a few pounds so it's back on track starting today.

You know those few pounds might just be the fluid weight from traveling. You were eating well and on the go and got plenty of exercise. No worries. So envious!!! My daughter just left for Costa Rica. She need a vacay. ;)
