Thought I was having another terrible eating day but as I promised myself, I just sat down to enter all of the food I ate today. And although I made some of the unhealthiest choices imaginable, I still fell within my caloric limit. Interesting. I guess that's the whole point of recording the food you eat--you just never know...(until you get really good at this and then, I guess you DO know).

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 June 2010:
1601 kcal Fat: 66.02g | Prot: 44.28g | Carb: 219.08g.   Breakfast: glazed donut, jelly donut, sugar, half and half. Lunch: sugar free jello, ramen soup, oroweat sandwich thin, hillshire farm ham, low fat swiss cheese. Dinner: chocolate malt red robin, fries red robin, cheeseburger red robin, ranch dressing, salad. Snacks/Other: Miscellaneous Samples. more...

It is amazing isn't it. I think subconsciously we are starting to realize out calorie limits, and we know when to stop, or where to cut back. Like only eating half a cheeseburger instead of the whole thing. It is truly an amazing journey.
