So today I have eaten great I have stayed on track all day although I'm a little confused on how many calories I'm supposed to be eating every day

According to most nutrionists, everyone should have at the very least 1200 calories each day.

I found this site and it helped me to figure out how many calories I should have a day to lose weight. It also gives you a good idea of the ratio of fats, proteins, and carbs you should have to achieve the weight loss that you choose.
