Sim Milena... verduras, nozes, castanhas, sementes, abacate e coco.. eu to achando tudo muito delicioso.. fiquei 6 meses no hclf com zero gordura.. é mais fácil.. a maioria das coisas que como é crua eu só fermento algumas sementes pra fazer queijos vegetais...
