I've been behaving a little better (but still not the best). I have been eating out MUCH less, but I recently took a week-long comprehensive exam, so I wasn't necessarily eating very well that week. Far too many comfort foods. I did purchase the EatingWell Comfort Foods cookbook that cuts some corners on these dishes making them a bit more healthy, and I think that has helped. I am still drinking more than I should. I been walking somewhat regularly, but the weather has been unbearable for a few days now, so outdoor activity has been a bit limited.

I'm going to try to keep up this trend. Hopefully I can make it to 180 by August (or at least mid-August) and 175 by October. That seems like a reasonable goal, right?
186.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
