381.6... I know how it happened. I need some advice. I want to get to 340 by May 5th. I'm not sure how to make this happen.

Hi! Have you tried keto? I think it’s great if you like meat! There are plenty of videos on YouTube and meal suggestions on Pinterest. :) you can do anything! Good luck!
