It's Friday. I offered to have sushi for supper as I forgot my meat on the kitchen counter. I tried to be vigilant of what I was eating. I didn't over eat. After recording my food, I noticed that sushis are not that high in calories. I hope that tomorrow I will have lost at least 3 pounds. I'm crossing my fingers!!
Tomorrow, I am planning to go to the gym by bicycle. It should be a great ride.
