Hope Springs Eternal's Journal, 26 February 2019

Okeydoke.... had solid plating day yesterday and a good night's sleep so feeling pretty good overall. Time to have a feel good Tuesday! Unfortunately I have a cough and sore throat so I'm not sure how much cardio I'll do, if any, today BUT I hope to at least get in a 2 mile walk and some push-up & lunges.

I think I've decided I'm going to hold off on weighing until Friday. Hopefully then I will get some positive re-enforcement when I step on the scale. BUT, not matter WHAT it says I know I am making better choices and those WILL pay-off.

May everyone else out there have a good day. One choice at a time. We've got this thing.....no matter how unsurmountable it feels.
