Starting a 3 day cleanse today from a local raw food restaurant/store. Have periodically done cleanses in the past & always felt (after the 1st day) so rejuvenated & refreshed. Looking forward to that going into the holiday season! (P.S. For those interested, on the menu today -- Greek Salad Juice, Chia Seed Pudding, Rejuvinator Green Juice, Carrot Renew Soup, Coconilla Smoothie, Apple Cider & a ginger shot :)

That actually sounds yummy I've always wanted to try a cleanse that wasn't just a bunch of pills.- is this TJ or WF?

No, it's a local business, a raw food restaurant, called Catch a Healthy Habit. They offer the cleanse 1 week ea month. When I did it the first time, probably 2 years ago, it was really hard, especially because of going off caffeine. Since I never went back to the caffeine, it's been easier, but by the end it's great to have solid food again. They also use no sugar (but some of the items taste quite sweet from the fruit or veggies), so it's been good for me to recalibrate my sweet tooth. I happened to see a 3 day cleanse that you can make yourself on Dr Oz yesterday that sounded good. It still should be on doctoroz.com if you're interested. It's not for everyone (I totally get ithat, BuffyBear), but periodically it's been great for me. And, with my husband away this week -- no cooking:)
