trumpeter26's Journal, 12 November 2012

I ran a zombie mud run on Saturday, my shoulder was getting a little better, those ribs were back in "place". Did it in about an hour despite being hurt, though, I was mad because I could have run the whole thing, I wasn't out of breath, just in pain. Felt okay yesterday and today, but today after stretching, I was going to press a 14kg kettlebell (which is light for me), and something just...I don't know, happened. So I went to see my mother's chiropractor, he took x-rays. Let's just say I had quite a few alignment issues, which basically allowed my body to just push ribs out of place even I just simply bent over. Also, my back muscles are spasming from the amount of pressure being place on them to try to hold the skeleton into somewhat functional positions. Hopefully the spasms calm down and I get fixed up.
