I went on the trail with my friend again this morning. She had a hard time but she is a trooper. I had to sprint ahead of her today to keep my heart rate up. I got a really good cardio workout in today. I still feel it in my shins. I really enjoy being out there in the morning. I must be really motivated to get up and out there by 6:00 am ! LOL
