Pedometer Reading for the day: 12293 steps= 5.8 miles=360 kcal. Wii Fit plus = 167 ~45min (actual time was 1 hr and 15 min, but since the trainer was talking and giving instruction, i'd say only about 45 min that i actually did something.) Love Miso Soup......
