It's been a few days. I have eaten a bit too much the last couple of days.

I ate almost an entire watermelon on Tuesday night after I had eaten all my diet food.

Then last night I broke down and had half a glass of wine. So of course, I lost 2 more pounds on the scale today.

go figure.

I am getting so much stronger and workouts are getting easier. Yesterday I upped my effort just a bit.

I could easily eat a whole watermelon, yum! With my first pregnancy, when I was about 8 months along, that was about all I did eat:) Congrats on the workouts, that's a great feeling, isn't it?

That is what is so great about this diet. You can eat that fruit. This is such a great time of year for fresh melons. I am buying one every week
