Hi.. Finally able to get back on the computer.. The Internet/phone service in my area was out from yesterday early evening until 12noon (ish) today.. I felt like I was behind on everything without the use of my laptap. But I'm here now.. :) So I have logged my information for yesterday and today - I have to keep it up.. Other than that, trying my hardest to consume more water. My group has been so instrumental in keeping me focused on eating different foods (recipes) and drinking water.. :) Until tomorrow......
