Wow! First time I've worked out in a minute. Worked out for 25 minutes and burned 538 calories. I get daily exercise walking up and down stairs a few times a day. I've really been wanting to workout, but then when it comes time to, the "want" disappears. I want to tone my stomach a lot, my thighs some, and my butt. That is my goal for this week, to workout at least 4 times. How do y'all stay motivated?
