Good WEDNESDAY Morning. I have been a little MIA this week. Work has been crazy and I have been working on my blog -- that means coming up with LC recipes. That helps keep things fresh and exciting.

Have a gorgeous day out and the plan is to run over my lunch hour. Was brave enough to step on the scale and saw that I am holding tight to my 129 -- whew, was afraid of a gain :)

There seems to be an epidemic of "too busy at work syndrome" on here. Congrats on holding on to your 129. Maybe not your goal but not a bad place to be either!
