Jogging sucks!! But I did it = ) 4 mins @ 4mph x5 alternating w/ 2 mins @ 2.5 mph x6, 30 min break, 3 mins @ 4mph x5 alternating w/ 3 mins @ 2.5 mph x6. It hurt & after the first high interval of my 2nd set I want to quit but I didn't. I have a feeling this is where I'll lose that hideous fat ring above my butt that I've had since I was 10. It's probably just going to tear off one of these days while I'm jogging. That's ok, I can live w/ that. Lol. Now it's time for some coffee before I end up going back to sleep :p Oh & I can say this when it comes to me & starting a new cardio, my weight is always going to go up I see. That's just that. I'm up 2.4lbs from yesterday, but it's just a fact of my life. So at this point I'm really going to STOP weighing myself everyday . . . at least until I get down to 230, then maybe I'll be obsessive again :d
