Day 3 of the keto diet.
I've yet to weigh myself, but I've noticed that my belly fat is less dense/the skin there is looser. I could tell from the feel and look of my old stretch marks.
My waist is down to 31.5 inches, but belly stays at 38 inches.
I'm surprised at how yesterday I thought I was over eating so much but the calorie count turned out to be so low.
Also I'm not feeling any cravings for carbs. And I don't feel hungry most of the time anymore.
I do have some side effects: headaches, a little of a body sore, a bit of tiredness
