Ok, there, I put in my weight, gain and all. It will be off soon, I'm not worried.
I love this time of year, weather is cooling off, holidays are coming, it's always a good time of year for me. I am very determined to get this weight off before spring, and get myself to a point where I'm not too embarrassed on the beach or at the pool. I'm thinking of planning a beach vacation...I want it, need it, can afford it, now who to go with? i need to round up a group of girlfriends. Now there is some motivation!
