Ayamnya cuma dimarinade 15 menitan pake air jeruk nipis, bawang putih bubuk, lada hitam, garam dan sedikit minyak wijen.

Kalo sambelnya cuma sambel matah sederhana ini mah. Campur bawang merah diiris tipis, cabe merah keriting diiris, garam, stevia dan air jeruk limo. Siram dengan 1 sdt olive oil yg dipanaskan dgn teflon. Aduk2 dan koreksi rasa. Lebih nikmat lagi ditambah daun jeruk dan sereh yg diiris tipis (tapi disini saya nggak pake).

@eliyana: dimarinade/dimarinasi = direndam bersama bumbu2 agar bumbu meresap pada daging dan daging menjadi lebih empuk.
