setting your mind to what you need to achieve ....goood morning everyone...last night i hit 40,000 in steps....im still thinkin about what i did...for me thats an all time high in steps...i can remember when i use to think 2,000-3000 was a lot to do...and yes it does take longer to get that many, but i am up an moving more now to...since ive been increasing my steps..each day all i want to do is keep going higher in steps..even the days its been so hot an humid, ive gone out an rode that bike to no where ...yesterday afternoon when it was stormin like all get out...lightening and thundering out...i was under a roof on back of the house peddling along...you can only accomplish what you decide is important to you...no one else can do it for you...you cant wish for it to happen...if only it was that easy...and when my body says it needs a break...i give it a break...my body knows when its had enough exercise..but i have noticed over the last few weeks, my stamina has increased as well...and i exercise like a mad man...lol...and finally its starting to show on my scales for a change...all along i have thought mabye i wasnt getting enough exercise and now i know that i am gettin my share ...when i lay down at night...im out for the count...till the alarm clock wakes me up the next day...feels good to be gettin my 8 solid hours..well...i need to get this body up an moving...get my morning walk over with so i can get the rest of my workout in today...another busy day along with the riding of my stationary bike...i do kno im racking up the mileage on it with the workouts im doing now...wish i had written down what the mileage was when i first got the bike...as it was used, but not like its being used now...lol...well...have a greatttttttttttt day...and keeepppp it movinggggggggggggggg....
1 walk over.. 2x40 on stationary bike i hr...trip to walmart for the week cut an trimmed the yard...3 hours... 1x30 stationary bike
35,000 in steps today...and my body says thats it...lol
