@peeperjj I usually peel the icing off lol unless it's the whipped mint chocolate chip, that's my biggest challenge, I wanted to lick the bucket last time I made scoop cakes lol😂

Butter cream is my kryptonite. The kind at the store. The stuff from the bakeries around here don’t tempt me. Thankfully I’m not a big cake eater so I’m not tempted often except when I make cakes for the kids’ birthdays or school parties. I’m teaching my oldest how to use the piping bags next week. Then there won’t be any more temptations! They’ll clean up what’s left before I could even ask for some lol.

@Peeperjj, mix 8 oz softened cream cheese, 8 oz softened butter, and 3-4T of powdered sweetener of your choice and you'll have a marvelous butter cream frosting suitable for any application. Or, I freeze it in spoonfuls and call them fat bombs.
