So today I got a lot of water in about 16 cups. I have been having a hard time drinking water, but what a difference it makes. I ate 750 calories less today then the last three days and yet I feel full. I guess that there is no more excuses for not drinking my water. :) I didn't get my walk in today, because it was hot and I had a bad headache. But I did workout on the exercise bike this evening and did some weight training on my arms. All in all today was a good day.
