This is more like a face to face, before and after. I was actually half-way to goal in the "before" pic, so 37 lbs. heavier. I love to do "face to face" progress pics, too. Someone remarked once that I looked as if I lost weight in my nose! LOL. I have to agree and definitely a cheaper way to get a nose job! Ha ha. The second pic is today. I've been shoveling snow for the past 2 days. It's amazing how much I can do now without those 72 lbs. All that lean muscle mass from strength training is coming in handy and it's nice to be able to help my mom out.
