it's okay if you end up indulging in some chips and salsa, just go for an extra walk or two.

It will so worth it. Today my Mother actually said I look like half the person I was. I cried, so believe me it's worth the work. You've got this and we are here to help.🙋

It's about learning new habits, but personally, I would say Rae Dunn is to blame! 😉 Love the mug.😊

Celebrate the small things and you will see the bigger picture. As you eat sensible food during the day try drink hot tea or Luke warm water. Congratulate yourself, you have a child graduating. 👏🏽

We are about in the same boat 🚣. Joined roughly the same time, roughly the same weight and goal ... plus I have a family thing in May as well. I have the dress and do NOT want to be chubby ...lol good luck to you! Maybe we can encourage each other!

There really isn't much defense against chips and salsa! when I goof up like that I drink extra water. You got this, you got some time before May to make it!

The only bad part about the salsa is the sodium. Other than that, it's pretty good. The chips....Try to keep them baked or find an even lower calorie alternative. I find low calorie versions work for me. You could make your own fresh potato chips in the microwave.....Get the smaller soft tacos shells (Lower-calorie) and bake them up nice and crispy. Another thing is not to sit down with the whole bag. Count out a certain amount of chips (maybe 6-8 chips) and put the salsa in a small bowl so you don't over eat.

Or I dip celery in Salsa. You still have the crunch like with a chip, but hardly any calories as long as it is a Salsa with no added sugar.

I feel ya! My daughter is also graduating from college in May and her boyfriend said he was going to ask her to marry him. Like you, I want to see an improvement since the high school photos. We can do this!

Avoid buying chips if at all possible. Too much salt and wasted carbs right? Maybe rice cakes and healthy peanut butter for those cravings. Or sugar free salsa with baby carrots?
hang in there!

Stop your whinging and stop eating. Take control over yourself. It's going to be hard BUT DO IT ANYWAY.
