I posted on my "challenge" forum earlier-sort of sneaky-like but here goes for the whole group to know: I can't seem to get it together yet. I re-read all your comments and think I am taking them in, then go to bed and when I wake in the day and leave my computer, I leave my focus behind......I have fears that I will go back to the beginning weight, so if I just stay what I am today and not continue upwards, I'll be OK (sort of).....for now......

Addon: Looked over my past few days journals-whine, whine, whine! I think I better start thinking like that train, "I think I can, I think I can" rather than "I think I CAN'T.

Hang in there! I felt the same way for a while. But I let down my guard WAY too much. Now I am back to phase 1 and doing good. I just had to wait until I had the motivation to do it again. You can do it, Susie!! I know you can.

sometimes a change of attitude is all it takes. I learned something that I have put to use in my past work place and in my own life... its called "acting". You just pretend you are acting on a stage (the stage of life)... for instance, you can act happy, confident, in charge of your life and diet... its a "role" you are going to play for the day. It is amazing how after you "act" like you are that person, you become that person. So give it a try, and wake up being an in charge, can stick to my meal plan and lose weight kinda actress! you can do it Susie
