Tatyushka's Journal, 22 April 2008

Ok, so as you see I'm still stuck on 177 lbs, my goal for the week and the next few weeks to come is to eat salad and lean protein, no cream, no splenda, no butter, just EVOO on my salad, and try to reduce sodium, I'm hoping we better results next week.
I got into a car accident yesterday, my lower back is killing me, went to the doctor, and now I'm stuck in therapy twice a week for the next 4 to 6 months, how do you like that? No work out, no dance : ( until further notice.

I'm sorry to hear that you are injured. Just curious, why no butter? Did you ever get around to reading the Atkins book?

Yes, reading the book is essential! But, Sara, I think Tatyushka is trying to think of anything that will "shake things up" -- you KNOW how it is when you're stuck on a plateau! Reducing her overall fat intake could just the thing short term to get things going. Thank goodness there is nothing wrong with butter!

I did read the book, but I'm stuck on this 177, it's been 3 weeks, and I promise I follwed it 100% this past week, so as gramnbear said I'm just trying to "shake things up". I will see how things go next week. Wish me luck.
