Woke at 225.0, down 4.0 from yesterday. The whoosh continues! I'm also noticing that my resting heart rate has increased to 58-60 the last couple of days. Usually it's in the mid to high 40s. That may be burning off more calories, too. UPDATE: Slept 12 hours last night but I just took another 1.5 hour nap. Sweating like crazy as my body tries to fight off the cold. UPDATE: Got to 224.6 at 6 pm. Denise made Mediterranean Beef, which was just what the doctor ordered! Should not have had a glass of red wine with the cold medicine in me, but hey, she already opened the bottle for the recipe!
