I have long forgo the rigid diet(3 mths to be exact) and use discretion when choosing meals but I still workout 3-4 times a week each lasted 45mins. I gained usually during pre-menstrual cycle so thats whats happening now...:) but so far i am not too far for this year's resolution, that is to weigh 70kg at least..so lets hope! and keep the faith!
