Yep, ate way too many sweets last night. I did well all day until my aunt brought out the pumpkin roll and cookies she made. A small slice of pumpkin roll, 2 cookies, and I think 3 fun size candy bars later, my stomach is upset this morning. Go figure! Luckily, as much as I wanted to I didn't take seconds of dinner. If I had I know I would have still eaten all of the other junk. Back on the wagon today. I have to do better.
My goal was to get my workout in, but I didn't get up to do it this morning. I will try to do it this evening, but I don't know if I'll get it in. I really need a kick in the butt, but I don't want a huge gain to be that kick.
I kind of took a step back today with how I'm feeling. I was starting to get over this sinusy junk yesterday and now today I'm feeling like crud again. Hopefully, my headache and stuffiness will go away soon. We were going to go see the new baby niece this weekend, but I think that's going to get pushed to next weekend since I'm not feeling well. Happy almost Friday!
