Thanks Gilly. I’m only low calorie for 3 more weeks which will have been 8 weeks in total. Then I will switch to 5.2 or 4.3 where I’ll only be low calorie for 2 or 3 days a week. The aim will still be to eat lowish carb, Mediterranean style. Fingers crossed I can keep at it 💕 I would definitely recommend reading Dr Michael Mosley book Fast 800 if it’s something that interests you.
