Uggggghhhhh, everything I eat is giving me indigestion! It makes me not want to eat at all. This happened to me 10 years ago and what motivated me to go on the candida diet. I did a little research and it looks like candida is the culprit again. after the weekend, I'm going to switch to that eating plan. I forgot that rice and beans are on the "don't eat a lot of" list, and that's basically the main part of my diet 😩😩😩

Honestly, it's not too different than how I'm eating now, I just have to switch out rice for quinoa and bulk up on non-starchy vegetables! The good news is, last time I ate that way, I lost 20 pounds super fast. Maybe this will finally kick me out of the 200s for good, and get my gut health back in check.
