WTF! I didn't eat out, I didn't snack, I had oatmeal for breakfast every day, SmartOnes for lunch and sensable dinners. EVERY DAY! I even managed to walk/jog 3/4 of a mile on Thursday. I was drinking a ton more water than any other week before and gained 4 lbs. How disheartening. Weeks like this will happen, I know. But I would prefer them to happen when I am bad for the week.

Hi - new to this actual website, but have been using Calorie Counter on my phone for about 4-5 weeks now. I'm in the same boat - seems the better I try, the worse I get. I lose 1-2 lbs. for 1-2 weeks, then gain 2-3 the next, rinse and repeat!!!!

Laura, sometimes if you are "bad" the week prior to a great week, it shows on the scale. That has happened to me tons of times. I know it sucks, but keep doing good! You will see results! I have much faith in you!
