@dwirizkyc: ayamnya dimarinasi dulu sama lemon, bawang putih bubuk, lada hitam dan sedikit garam... lalu dipanggang diatas teflon pake sedikit corn oil spray.

@dillafadilla14: dada ayam tanpa kulit tanpa tulang 90 gr (cara masaknya di komen sebelumnya), kentang direbus tanpa garam lalu digerus pake garpu 120 gr, wortel rebus 60 gr, selada 1 cup, brokoli rebus 30 gr.

@dedewerna coba hitung TDEE dan BMR nya dulu mba, silahkan search di google caranya... Usahakan makan diatas BMR dibawah TDEE ya.
