Feeling a lot sharper after increasing the amount of vegetables and spinach that I am eating.

I made large batches of Vegetable Soup and cooked Chicken Breasts today.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
