Alright, so I've found that I'm having issues with Weight Watchers. I've been suplamenting with calorie counting but was eating too few calories so have plateaued big time. Am starting over with Calorie counting but we're going to find the ideal calorie count first. Going to start by eating 2200 and see how that leaves me. may also tray a 7 day cycle where the daily calorie count changes while maintaining the same weekly count.

Diet Calendar Entries for 29 October 2012:
2372 kcal Fat: 77.52g | Prot: 128.86g | Carb: 307.42g.   Breakfast: skim milk 8oz, banana, corn chex. Lunch: raspberry green tea, hummus, Caryn's Tzatziki, tuna fish, whole wheat pita flax. Dinner: hidden valley ranch, salad lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green giant carrots, bake at home baguette, honey bbq chicken. Snacks/Other: tootsie rolls, walnuts, dried cranberries, captains wafers, wonderful pistachios, fudge stripe, tootsi roll. more...
