Looked for motivation over the weekend. I guess I have some things going on and I have some ideas of why I would want to lose weight but I am just not having that urgent "gotta do this" feeling.
Plodding away: need to add vegetables and cut fat. I need the volume of the carbs/veggies so shooting for 20 grams of fat in the calorie in, calorie out. Snacks: going to bake some cheese tonight for cheese chips. Going to get some more containers for food prep. I don't know what happened to my tupperware, it seems decimated. Joke: all those socks that go missing from the laundry come back as tupperware lids! ha.
Working on slow and steady. Taking the whole lifestyle change to heart and found a good salad dressing that is fat-free. I have not tried it yet but I will tonight. Danced on Friday and will again tonight. I have been practicing my calling and will call a dance tonight. Wish me luck! Happy Monday!
