3 semanas deixando de consumir 500 kcal perdi +- 1,5kg, como esperado pois 3500 kcal =~ 0,400kg . Sem milagre, sem pressa, sem loucura e sem passar vontade.
167.6 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
